NEBPT Conditions of Entry at Events

Entries must be presented in a clean, complete and safe working condition. |

All entries MUST be insured against third party risks, fully licensed and tested in accordance with the regulations applicable to that type of vehicle for road use. We reserve the right to ask for proof of these items. No entries will be accepted if running on trade plates. Vehicles trailered/carried to events should be notified in the comments box on the entry form and will be subject to these conditions. |

Owners must ensure that all drivers are fully qualified in law to drive the class of vehicle being exhibited. |

No exhibit shall be left running unattended. All unattended vehicles shall be left securely braked. |

A speed limit of 10 mph shall apply to all vehicles on the rally site. |

Entrants must pay full regard to marshals' instructions and conduct themselves in a manner which will not endanger or inconvenience other persons or vehicles at all times. |

Once parked, no further vehicle movements will be allowed, except for vehicles taking part in any free bus services. |

Once parked, and not in use, vehicle’s electrical systems should be switched off |

Your personal contact details will be stored on a confidential digital database. You have a right to object to that arrangement under data protection legislation. |

Entrants are expected to arrive before 10 a.m. and to stay until 4 p.m. Entries arriving later than 10 a.m. will only be allowed entry to the event at the organisers' discretion.

A maximum of four passengers, in addition to the driver, will be admitted free to any event where there is an entrance fee. Any additional passengers will be required to pay the entrance fee. | 12 | Any vehicle used on a free bus service MUST be properly maintained, proof of which must be carried. |
