Historical Information

This vehicle was intended as a demonstrator for export markets and was originally built as left hand drive but was later converted to right hand drive. It was initially used by the Leyland DAF Social & Athletic Club and is the only example of a rear-engined Leyland Tiger ever built

It was eventually purchased by OK Motor Services and used in service before passing to Amvile Coaches of Grimsby and then TM Travel of Chesterfield. On their takeover by the Wellglade Group it was purchased for preservation by Charles Marshall before being sold and subsequently acquired by the North East Bus Preservation Trust..
